I have a new Self Defense teacher. He makes us do so many things it's really exhausting...

No really it is. I think I was about to faint when the class ended.

Anyway, I've found that I can really tolerate the class and even show a good smile if I pretend that my teacher is Captain America.

-Run and drop to the ground

-Run and roll on the ground

-Drink water and try not to pass out.

-Roll on the ground
-Push-ups
-Roll on the ground
-Push-ups

-Drink water and try not to vomit.

-Learn how to fall
-Learn how to fall backwards
-Learn how to fall sideways

-Drink water and try not to die.

-Learn how to kick
-Learn how to tackle
-Try to hold your partner down while he/she struggles.


EDIT: Honestly, even if it makes the class a little more tolerable, no amount of fantasizing will take the pain out of my body right now. Everything hurts! Damn, I think even THINKING hurts.

No, that's actually a GREAT idea. I have a yoga teacher who's a killer, myself. I think I'm going to use that tactic.

Yoga, don't even get me started with Yoga.

An hour after my self defense class I have Yoga. Trust me, I barely had energy to move. (And tomorrow, I have tennis)

Anyway, it is a good idea to pass time. Try to do it next time, you'll have fun, trust me.

Now I need to find a way of explaining why the hell I'm smiling during that torture, my classmates keep staring at me.
