Today my roomie asked me how you loose weight from hips and legs.
I stared at her for a while before saying: You can't. Then I explained her that yes, she could loose weight from her hips but a little, because it's more bone structure than anything.
Then she said that no, that she is getting fatter from her legs and hips while getting thiner from her stomach.
Then I explained her than no, she wasn't gaining weight, that she was gaining muscle because she has been running to loose weight.
Then she looked all sad because she wasn't going to be thin as a stick, 'cause she was gaining muscle.
Then I got up and leaved, because I hate that kind of discussions.
