Today in College...

I learned the basics to manipulate someone.

And then, they set me up with a guy (who by the way, tried the whole time to avoid participating in the activity) to try to convince him to give me something.

Now, he has to teach me how to drive...And I was on my way to a free Vanilla Latte when we ran out of time.

I feel happy.

Well...I don't really know where you can learn it, my class is about the use of language, so there's that.

I can tell you what he told us though.

1.- You agree with whatever the other person says. You also like everything the other person likes. It doesn't matter if you don't, if he or she loves something, you love it as well (Here, if he or she starts talking about something you don't know about, then show interest and ask for an explanation)

2.- Corporal language: As soon as he or she starts talking, put all your attention in the person, like he or she is the most important thing in the world. Slowly (So he or she doesn't notice) try to adapt your pose into a mirror one, try to do this without the other person knowledge, if he or she looks uncomfortable, stop and try again latter.

3.- Keep talking to that person about whatever, when the person changes to a subject you're interested to, or that you think can help you to obtain something then keep talking about that.

4.- This is important, while talking about the subject you chose, then drop the bomb, ask for something, but don't leave them a chance to say no. In my case "So, you'll teach me how to drive next thursday or wednesday?"


And, that's it.
