(no subject)

I have a new Self Defense teacher. He makes us do so many things it's really exhausting...

No really it is. I think I was about to faint when the class ended.

Anyway, I've found that I can really tolerate the class and even show a good smile if I pretend that my teacher is Captain America.


How cool is that uh?

I think I'm crazy...



-Run
-Flexing
-Run Sideways
-Flexing
-Zig Zag running
-Flexing
-Run and touch the ground
-Flexing
-Run and drop to the ground
-Flexing
-Run and roll on the ground
-Flexing
-Run and roll backwards
-Flexing

-Drink water and try not to pass out.

-Roll on the ground
-Push-ups
-Roll on the ground
-Push-ups

-Drink water and try not to vomit.

-Learn how to fall
-Learn how to fall backwards
-Learn how to fall sideways

-Drink water and try not to die.

-Learn how to kick
-Learn how to tackle
-Try to hold your partner down while he/she struggles.


EDIT: Honestly, even if it makes the class a little more tolerable, no amount of fantasizing will take the pain out of my body right now. Everything hurts! Damn, I think even THINKING hurts.
